Q: Do you offer free estimates?
A: Yes we do. We also provide a full specification for the works as an integral part of the estimate and both will be in writing.

Q: Can you decorate my entire house for me?
A: Of course we can. No matter how big or small the job, we will undertake the work and complete it on time and on budget.

Q: What if I can’t make my mind up on a colour?
A: We can help. We offer a free colour consultation with computer-enhanced photographs of the work to be undertaken so that you can see what it would look like if it was painted in specific colours. This avoids costly mistakes in choosing a colour which you don’t like once it is applied to the surfaces.

Q: How do I know you will undertake the work in a safe manner?
A: We employ a fully qualified Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner on a consultancy basis to oversee our works and are able to provide documents of our Safety Policy, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments and Method Statements if so required.

Q: How do I know you’ll leave a good job?
A: We only employ fully time-served Tradesman trained to City and Guilds Advanced Craft level and of course you have Millar's Specialist Decorators' guarantee for the works undertaken.
